Readiness

One way of understanding the process of life - or one dimension of its expression - is as a coming into being of forms - physical, energetic, and thought forms - and the eventual falling away or dissolving of these forms.  The more the dissolution is allowed when it is happening the more joy and bliss are experienced.  The more the dying of forms is resisted, the more suffering is experienced.

It is also interesting to notice that the resistance that arises to the free flow of life creates a rich experience of all the emotions possible for a human being, and so the creation and dissolution is both enjoyed and suffered.  The attachment to form is maintained by the desire to know the pleasures and enjoyments of the experiences of form, and this continues until there is a readiness to let go of attachment and flow with the dissolution.  This just happens when it happens and is not a "doing" in any way on the part of the so-called individual.  It seems to be a spontaneous happening in the flow of life and the understanding or insight into life. Or perhaps even without any conscious understanding there come times when there is a deeper readiness to let go as a natural unfoldment in the movement of life and death.
