The most beautiful Treasure
It is a beautiful cool morning. White clouds are sailing through blue sky. Birds and squirrels are playing on trees around my cottage. The eyes and mind are cool. Everything is full of life. There is tremendous depth in each human being but if the mind is full of stray thoughts, the depth remains unexplored. Love and beauty cannot be touched by mechanical ways of thinking and living. People like to keep themselves occupied and so the most beautiful treasure remains untouched. The treasure is not on internet websites. It can be sensed within us if we can be peaceful and attentive.

We never seem to learn about
We never seem to learn about this movement, that it is one movement. It is the universe, God, bliss, reality. But we reduce [interpret] the vast action of life to be our own petty little action, and ask what we should do.
-J. Krishnamurti
From here there is no question as to what we should do, because there is no ‘one’…there is only movement.
The same is true of everything: bodies, objects, sensations, moods, thoughts, activities, states of mind, relationships, and so on.
They are not ‘my’ thoughts, moods, mind or relationships.
All things are changing, flowing.
They’re the passing appearances of a great, unformed, and inexplicable happening – an event, a presence – call it whatever you have to.
If we sit quietly, making no effort, life expresses itself clearly; it simply happens on its own.
There’s nothing else to get.
The great truth is obvious.
The heart beats; the breath comes and goes.
Vibrations, pulsations, twinges, feelings, thoughts, and emotions rise and fall.
Urges rise and pass; some become actions, others do not; and so life flows.
There is no one to be transformed.
There is no one to re-incarnate.
There is only THIS.
There is no one interpreting THIS…
