By Bus: BC Ferries from Tsawwassen (Vancouver) to Swartz Bay (Victoria), then Transit Bus #70 (Pat Bay Highway) to Downtown Victoria
then take the local Bus #50 on Douglas St. (Victoria) and transfer at CanWest Mall (Langford) to #54 or #55 and exit bus at Lombard Road which is a 10 minute walk to the Centre.
