A beautiful Morning
It is a bright sunny day. I see a deer in our garden eating leaves from a hedge. Oak trees with curved branches are bursting with life. It is a peaceful new morning.
The deer is innocent. Nature is beautiful. We human beings can be innocent and beautiful too. But we are not simple. We have desires and conflicts, we have ideas and images, we get hurt easily in relationship. We are conditioned by our culture to possess things, people and ideas. We live either in the past or in the future. We feel lonely and bored if we have nothing to do.
Now the deer has eaten enough and it is resting quietly in the sun. It is peacefiul but alert.
